Great help and excellent service I leased my 4th company BMW last November through BMW of Rochester Hills. Usually these are pretty antiseptic transactions but this time Richard Bell I leased my 4th company BMW last November through BMW of Rochester Hills. Usually these are pretty antiseptic transactions but this time Richard Bell made it very personal. He was very helpful in organisising the pick up and initial orientation. He is very knowledgable about the both vehicle in general as well as the electronic convenience items in the car. He paired my phone, moved the phonebook and programmed the FOB all in the initial talk through of the car. I have stopped by twice since - for winter floor mats as well as routine service - and both times he went out of his way to make it easy for me. Great guy! More

Easy Transaction! I took my existing 328 in for service at 9:00 the morning I leased my new 328. At the time, I had no plans on leasing a new car. However, when I men I took my existing 328 in for service at 9:00 the morning I leased my new 328. At the time, I had no plans on leasing a new car. However, when I mentioned to Brad Paris that my existing lease was up in a few months he immediately started working on options for pulling me out of my lease. Long story short, I took home a new 328 that same afternoon. The entire process was fast and easy. Nice work Brad! More
