On my recent visit to the service center I needed an oil change, air and cabin filters, brake fluid flush and a recall update. Because there was so much to be done I requested a loaner vehicle. The service team took care of all of these items and also washed my car in under 2 hours. I elected to pass on the loaner and wait at the dealership while having a beverage on the house. I will be trading in my 2020 X3 in about 12 months and I'm pretty certain I'll be getting another one from West Herr. More
