Although I prefer independent repair shops for my cars, my BMW was having an intermittent electrical fault that I knew needed to be addressed by their master techs. My service advisor, David Sanza came highly recommended to me by family and friends. As soon as the technician was able to replicate my complaint, he efficiently diagnosed the vehicle and I was notified with a repair estimate on my phone via text. David talked me through the diagnosis over the phone, answered any questions I had, and offered alternative repair options. My only suggestion would be the use of paper floor mats to protect tan/light-colored interior carpeting from grease marks.
