I went to dealer for changing brake fluid because the car dashboard alerted about it. then the service specialist said microfilter needed to be changed as well when I checked in. that was ok. Later, he called me and said he suggested to change battery because it had 4 years though it was still working ok. that was ok as well for me. the job was done in about 2 hours. but when I picked up the car, I found a big scratch on the left front bumper. when I talked to service specialist, he said it was there before I handed the car over. that made me very upset because I was pretty sure it wasn't. I just repaired both front and rear bumper recently and they were new. he even looked all pictures he took when I arrived at service garage and couldn't provide me the evidence (dealer took pictures around the car.) Later he drove the car to inside and did something after I argued with him for several minutes. so, the scratch was covered and not be seen. I am feeling uncomfortable now. One, I know it was a temporary solution and it will come back later. Two, about the words he said the scratch was there before, which I am certain it was not. How can I trust such guy who was not honest. I am a long time customer and has been in this dealership for over 14 years. it is very disappointment. More
I was very happy with my service at BMW of Rockville. I worked with Jarred, who took care of 75,000 mile service and brake pad replacement I needed. Had a wonderful experience buying a used car from this location. My salesperson Bryan was helpful, friendly, and communicative. He noticed a minor issue with my car before he sold it to me (a screen was g location. My salesperson Bryan was helpful, friendly, and communicative. He noticed a minor issue with my car before he sold it to me (a screen was glitching, nothing wrong mechanically speaking), he advised me that if I bought the car, they would fix that issue for me at no cost. He was true to his word and the issue has been resolved. They even gave me a loaner car to use while mine was being worked on. I'm very happy with my experience here and would recommend them to anyone. More

Experience with this dealership has caused my complete anguish and disappointment as a long time customer.
