I scheduled the appointment online. When I arrived at the dealer, there was no record of the appointment. Eric, the service advisor, placed us on the schedule anyway for that day’s wo When I arrived at the dealer, there was no record of the appointment. Eric, the service advisor, placed us on the schedule anyway for that day’s work. He was very professional and thorough. The video walk around from the technician was a nice feature. Upon arrival at the dealer to pick up the car, it took over a half hour to check out. The paperwork was not ready. When it was 15 minutes before closing Tim, the parts representative decided to start closing up and started rolling a cage around us leaving a narrow path to the service cashier. There were about 5-6 people waiting in line. Overall, the service was very good. The checkout process was not customer friendly. More
