I came here to get my headlights fixed. I asked how much it would be and it was insisted that they need to do a diagnostic although I had told them the low beam bulbs died. They charged me I asked how much it would be and it was insisted that they need to do a diagnostic although I had told them the low beam bulbs died. They charged me 250 for this and got very short and rude with me when I questioned the necessity of the diagnostic. They then charged me 772.99 for two light bulbs that cost 67.74 for both in parts. My car was also there for seven hours and one of my headlights points more up than the other. I will never be coming back here and do not recommend ! More

Great service, all repairs and maintanence completed with no issues, car always washed after if weather permit. Coffee lounge snacks and TV help to relax while vehicle in service. Key to note, is service advisor Nghia, of whom has been consistently professional, courteous, and timely with any needs regarding my 328xi. My 2011 BMW has been given the same importance as any another customer with a much newer or higher level vehicle. For that fact alone, I’m grateful to be treated with equal respect, and communication from Nghia is clear and consistent! Lastly, I know that if something goes awry after having my car serviced/repaired, Nghia will make it right immediately, should I need to return to the dealership.
