This dealership just sold me a used car that didn’t have features on the car that they had advertised. The key fob doesn’t detect while im in the car. No heated seats or mirrors as advertised. They said it has remote start & then I come to find out that kind of car never had remote start. It’s so frustrating. What is even worse to me is the finance manager, Jerome Coleman , told me he would be happy to fix all the issues I had & then stops returning my texts. That is some unprofessional behavior. I’m the future I will know that finance manager + tattoos = lying c**t. I really wish I’d never gone there to get a car. Hopefully anyone reading this doesn’t get ripped off by them too. Update: it’s been a while now & haven’t heard from coleman. Also I just learned they sold me a car with a bad transmission & I found mold in the back seat cup holders! bmw salem, thanks for nothing.
