Hello Rob, We take our clients’ trust in us to uphold commitments seriously. There are multiple omissions in your review that I would like to point out. Our current policy is that we do not take deposits or hold vehicles, and they remain available for sale until a contract is signed and financial obligations are met. You were made aware of this policy by our team but decided you did not want to sign a contact to purchase the preowned vehicle of your interest until you were able to have an independent inspection performed. While we understand and support your decision, it allowed time for another interested party to purchase the vehicle. Your writeup and explanation is riddled with inaccuracies. I was personally assured by your staff that once the inspection process was underway the car would not be sold until we had the results and I had a chance to review. This was literally just a several hour process. This was a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. And because of that your potential customer paid the price in real dollars and cents. I look forward to receiving your call to discuss live. As we discussed, our policy is to hold preordered vehicles for no longer than 72 hours following their arrival at our store. When you returned to our dealership seeking to transfer your order to your friend, seven days had passed, and the vehicle had already been sold to another client.
