My experience from BMW San Francisco was really good. The pricing of the car was a more than fair so going into the process, I knew it was a great deal. I worked with Winston and Jennifer. Both are professional but personal and really great people. Initially Jennifer helped me get set up with an appointment and always kept me updated if the car was being shown. She even texted me when she was off work. Winston worked with me once I arrived, and he is a really great guy. I already knew the car was what I wanted and the price was great so Winston was an added bonus to the whole experience. He is a guy who loves people and loves cars so it's a perfect fit. I could have chatted with him all day. Anyway, I love my car and will remember the great experience I had working with Winston and Jennifer. You don't get people better than those two. More
