After another great experience with Tim recently, my husband reminded me of an anecdote which illustrates the benefit your service organization offers to the rest of your operation. I had decided to upgrade my X535d, and we started looking at various cars. My husband encouraged me to consider an Audi, but reminded me that I told him "No, I want a BMW so Tim Price can take care of it" and the Audi alternative was dropped - eventually we bought a 640i from Howard Marks (who my husbands service advisor Jacqui had recommended). Without your wonderful service team, and especially Tim Price we may have ended up with some other car (the 640i is great). VERY DISSAPOINTING TO BE MISINFORMED When I purchased my series 4 I was informed by the Sales Agent that if I purchased Dent Protect, it will help keep my car in pristine form and that I When I purchased my series 4 I was informed by the Sales Agent that if I purchased Dent Protect, it will help keep my car in pristine form and that I should bring it in every year for scratches and small dents. A year later, when I am trying to repair my car for minor scratches and small dents, I find out (and after reading the fine print) that Dent Protect has so many exclusions, that none of my dents fall within the protection I purchased. Dent Protect protection does not cover any scratched or any dents where the paint was removed or dents with scratches, etc. etc.. Not many dents can fall into this category! Hence, I was essentially sweet talked into purchasing an $864.00 protection that I will likely never use. More importantly, I feel that I was completely Misinformed! Very Disappointing! More

Got the car I wanted and the service I expected Julian Rubbo was my primary contact at BMW of San Rafael. From start to finish he was excellent. He helped me configure the car after showing me the vehicle on the lot that was most similar, so I could see what the color combinations would look like, the M sport package looked like, and the options I wanted. He communicated when there was a status update and shared relevant links, making the process smooth. He was very considerate of my time. He then handed me off to Shaun to complete the paperwork. Shaun Hagerman was efficient and congenial, and I was out of the dealership with my car in a shorter amount of time than I had budgeted. I will definitely recommend BMW of San Rafael to my friends and family, even though it's not the closest dealership to my zip code. More
