Beware If you want to come out feeling like absolute trash, this is your place! The term customer service seems to have a different definition there as I end If you want to come out feeling like absolute trash, this is your place! The term customer service seems to have a different definition there as I ended up in tears after a two minute conversation with Tim Price. His tone made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. In the end I told him I would like to get my service at another location and he replied with a classy “you should definitely do that.” I spoke with the manager and he helped me get a courtesy car so I could get out of the dealership ASAP. I did not know that I needed to specify that I had a check engine light in addition to general service being needed. I thought they were the same thing. Be sure to be as specific as possible when you go in or else you will need to make multiple trips which is extremely time consuming and they will blame you for it all. If you find yourself here, beware of the disparity in quality among the employees. I was not shown the consistent quality of service that I expect from a BMW service center which is disappointing to say the least. More
