He took the time to listen, worked with me on the numbers, and truly made me feel like a valued customer. His approach was calm, honest, and solution-focused — which really stood out. James, the sales rep I worked with, was also excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth and painless. No pressure, no gimmicks — just straightforward help and clear communication throughout the entire deal. I drove up from Naples to buy this CPO car, and I can confidently say it was 100% worth the trip. It’s not easy finding a dealership that still puts the customer first, but BMW of Sarasota proved they genuinely care about creating a great experience.
