Overall Awesome Maria's a great service rep/manager. She is great at explaining what is being found in regards to condition of the vehicle and what might have to be Maria's a great service rep/manager. The facility is great, lots of BMW SRQ team members walking around and checking to make sure we have been helped and have a status update. Only thing that keeps it from being a perfect 5 was that time estimates are usually a little light (generally off by 60mins). But I also watched a lot of folks who drove in unexpectedly with emergencies and watched the teams treat those folks who were stressed out with respect and consideration while juggling planned business so understand how that can be a hard variable to work out. More

Poor service I had to wait over 1 hour to receive a rental car. When I was told what time my car would be ready, I called to check in on the status they told me b I had to wait over 1 hour to receive a rental car. When I was told what time my car would be ready, I called to check in on the status they told me between 4-5pm. So, I headed to dealership at 4pm and get a call as I am turning into dealership that my car would not be ready until Monday, this was a Friday and it was supposed to be ready same day. I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Then when I picked up my car Monday, the car was filthy, I was told I would receive a complimentary wash, DIDN'T HAPPEN. Will not be back to this dealership! More

Would have liked a little bit better deal, but in the long run I always feel more confident getting new tires from the dealership. They had to be ordered but I had a loaner car so I was never inconvenienced. All good now, Its like I'm driving a new car! Thanks Lewis & BMW! More
