Refused to honor a deal for 3 prepaid oil changes. I had received this coupon from the dealer expiring 12/31/2025. Service rep checked with management and said they had decided to not offer this deal I had received this coupon from the dealer expiring 12/31/2025. Service rep checked with management and said they had decided to not offer this deal anymore! This is after I am at the dealer with an appointment for an oil change.. Bad business decision. Also took almost 3 hours for an oil change! More
