It took 10 days to do the paperwork. I just got a crazy letter about my credit today that I gave to my cfo. The first guy I met needs a lot of training and I could go on and on. I arrived at 1025 for my 1030 appointment. There was a line of cars in the bay. The man that greeted me wasn’t friendly at all and couldn’t find my info. I checked in on the screen which also There was a line of cars in the bay. The man that greeted me wasn’t friendly at all and couldn’t find my info. I checked in on the screen which also had no information. I was told to proceed inside and a tech would be with me shortly. I asked specifically how long he said in a few minutes 45 minutes later a tech checked me in. I was a waiter. That’s absolutely unacceptable! I was told how much my tire would cost on the phone and it was now $100 more. My tire was replaced car wasn’t washed at all. I won’t be back to this location. Horrible rude service and the time I waited to be seen is atrocious. More

I appreciated the video of what is needed for repairs on my car. When I looked at the final cost from the estimates I was flabbergasted.
