Oil change took over 2 1/2 hours with a 9:30 appointment, communication was poor and my vehicle wasn't calibrated after the oil change. Pretty bad response as my vehicle didn't have a problem before it was brought in for service and the manager at the time had no idea what was going on clueless. More
