Love Sarasota BMW service department. They are professional friendly and honest. It’s great to have one person assigned to you that will be there every time we bring the car in. He takes the time to explain all the work being done and keeps in touch with you so you know when the car will be ready. Our car is kept in great shape and I feel safe on the road. Greg Jones is a great person to work with. However it seems there is way too customers with car problems coming in every day. It definitely seems to be a car specific problem with the BMW brand and the low quality of the manufacturer as once a BMW is out of warranty, usually after the first four years, the car falls apart. So I will never buy a BMW product ever again. Your dealership has a lot of nerve to pass on the 3% credit card fee to the customer! You look cheap doing that. The wait time to get your car out of simple repair work is ridiculous!! It’s terrible!! More

posted on google: Received a call saying they figured out what was wrong with my X3. I decided to wait to get the work done, informing the service advisor that I would pick up my vehicle the following day. U what was wrong with my X3. I decided to wait to get the work done, informing the service advisor that I would pick up my vehicle the following day. Upon arriving I checked in and waited about 30 min to be seen. Fine. Paid for the vehicle diagnostic and went to the lobby to wait for it to be pulled around. 1st time the car was released to me. There were exposed wires and multiple loose trim and mechanical parts( including the battery)completely exposed. The mechanic had not put anything back together and I would have driven it home on the interstate in its unsafe condition. It was unacceptable, they apologized and took it back into the shop, about an hour and a half later they returned it to me, but now it had a check engine light on, which was not there when I brought it in. They took it back into the shop, about 30 ish min later returned it to me to be released and told me the check engine light was because of a recall they had fixed. Fine. Everything looked ok, but because of the potentially catastrophic way it came out the first time I opened the back trim panel where all of the parts were laying loose the first time it was released to me. THE REAR DOOR MECHANISM WASNT ATTACHED!! It was hanging by the wire bundle. After roughly 4 hours of trying to pick up a vehicle that was supposed to be ready, since it was communicated a day prior. There was a systematic failure of communication, but more importantly is the lack of regard for me and my families safety. More
