BMW of Sarasota - Service Center

Oil change took over 2 1/2 hours with a 9:30 appointment, communication was poor and my vehicle wasn't calibrated after the oil change. None of the electronics worked speedometer and gas gauge, we told the t communication was poor and my vehicle wasn't calibrated after the oil change. None of the electronics worked speedometer and gas gauge, we told the tech and his response was go and gas up and if it doesn't work then take it to the KiA dealership because it is under warranty. Pretty bad response as my vehicle didn't have a problem before it was brought in for service and the manager at the time had no idea what was going on clueless. More

I feel I'm doing them a favor to bring my car in. This last episode made me feel used and very unhappy. I will only bring my car back when it's something that only BMW can do . My appointment was for oil change. Service consultant was polite and professional. I was there on time but the appointment took over 2 hrs which I felt was a little long to wait.
