Great service I have a Mini Cooper in need of a new battery. I didn’t want to drive all the way to Ft. Myers, decided to call and see if BMW Sarasota could take car I have a Mini Cooper in need of a new battery. I didn’t want to drive all the way to Ft. Car Daycare? I had to bring my car in for regular oil change service. And after just getting my car back after BMW having it for 4.5 weeks they needed it again ove I had to bring my car in for regular oil change service. And after just getting my car back after BMW having it for 4.5 weeks they needed it again over night to reprogram a whole new part and default the car back to factory settings. Although Carlos does an amazing job in getting me taken care it is externally frustrating to own and pay for a BMW, but when BMW needs my car I can’t have a loaner car. Nope I am given a smoked, trashed Chevy....... if I wanted a Chevy I would’ve bought one. I drive a BMW for the safety reason as someone totaled my dodge pickup truck less then 6 months ago. It’s extremely frustrating. More

Excellent service I took my car in to take care of electrical faults. My service advisor Carlos identifies issue that needed attention and managed to complete the rep I took my car in to take care of electrical faults. My service advisor Carlos identifies issue that needed attention and managed to complete the repair in a few short hours. Also, the service department shared a video of my car on the lift with a visual presentation of the condition of my car underneath. A novel and creative approach to sharing information! More
Efficient and Friendly I scheduled my appointment for 9AM. Pulled into the service lane where a friendly older gentleman guided me in. He directed me to a valet, and then I I scheduled my appointment for 9AM. Pulled into the service lane where a friendly older gentleman guided me in. He directed me to a valet, and then I made my way to the waiting area in the showroom. Plenty of snacks, water, and coffee to choose from. Another Associate named Susan was available to everyone waiting for any questions. She let us know they had a shuttle that could drive us anywhere. My Service Advisor connected with me within twenty minutes, which wasn't that long considering the fact that they were absolutely slammed. I went over my vehicle problem, and Fernando was quick and efficient. I was given a free rental, minus gas usage. The rental was not a BMW, as they had already given out their BMW loaners. It is the busy season, but I felt fortunate to have a vehicle to use, at all. I waited another ten minutes and was directed to the rental car. My entire experience was approximately one hour. Fernando was amazing and efficient! I am glad he is my advisor. More

I have owned many different makes of cars and have used many dealers for service but the service I experienced at BMW of Sarasota is the BEST I have e I have owned many different makes of cars and have used many dealers for service but the service I experienced at BMW of Sarasota is the BEST I have ever experienced. From drop off to pickup, Tiffany followed the progress of my vehicle and reported back at me at every critical interval. It was a PLEASURE to do business with a company that has such a well designed customer service process and a conscientious staff. Kudos to BMW! More
