Saturday Service Was pleased with the Saturday service as my X3 was having a minor issue with the automatic engine on -off feature. I had Carlos Munoz as my service adviser and can on say wow ... his knowledge and customer relations were better than exceptional. We were provided a loaner vehicle and was able to travel the area while the car was being repaired and serviced. More

Poor Customer Service I went in for a scheduled maintenance appt on my 530i and told them that I needed to be out by 3:30 It was 1:20 and he said it would be no problem sin I went in for a scheduled maintenance appt on my 530i and told them that I needed to be out by 3:30 It was 1:20 and he said it would be no problem since its going to be 2 hours worst case -- I sat in the waiting room --saw other advisors coming in and sitting with clients and keeping them posted on their progress. My guy was MIA --- at 3:30 more than two hours later -- I went to look for him --he wasn't at his desk --someone asked if they could help and tried to call him on his cell --no answer -- I told them I needed to leave at 3:30 it was now 335 --and I was now late for an appt.. they found my keys on his desk --the car was done --could have been done for quite awhile for all I know -- but he hadn't printed the paperwork. So now I have to wait till someone else does that 20 min go by and they finally get someone to print out the paperwork -but then I had to ask what they did to the car and they really didn't know except to read off the paper -- then the advisor finally shows up as I am leaving and doesn't even apologize or seem to care I was going to be late -- he just said he was with a customer -- so I guess I am a nobody? I have leased cars there for almost the last 10 years and their service has gone downhill -- my wife had a similar experience there recently waiting and waiting till they found someone to print her paperwork and her loaner was like a Chevy --really? for a new 5 series owner? --my son goes to the Audi Dealer across the street and they treat him like gold -- he has a used car to boot -he gets a loaner and its always a nice new Audi A6 or A7 I'm seriously considering this will be my last BMW -- they are that bad -- More
