The dealership is way too busy. They don’t seem to be very organized. Last year they forgot my service I waited 4 hours for an oil change. I called to book my appointment this year They don’t seem to be very organized. Last year they forgot my service I waited 4 hours for an oil change. I called to book my appointment this year and told them I needed a loaner for the time that they would have my car. They agreed when I got there they said they didn’t have a car available. It took me getting angry in order to get a loaner. At the time of the service my provider was supposed to give me an estimate on replacing my weather stripping on my convertible top. He was not there when my car was done. He text me and said he would send me the estimate. I never received it. Again the dealership has to much on their plate. If I didn’t buy the oil change package I would not go back More

The worst customer service that I have EVER experienced.
