I had a great experience purchasing my car from the Sarasota BMW dealership. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. My salesperson Isaiah Sarasota BMW dealership. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. My salesperson Isaiah McKinney took the time to understand what I was looking for and arranged a test drive so I could really get a feel for the vehicle before deciding. He also clearly explained the features of the car. Nicholas in the finance department was just as helpful, walking me through the loan options and all the paperwork step by step, making sure I fully understood everything before signing. He was able to secure a great financing rate for me. I also appreciated the follow-up call from Isaiah after the purchase to ensure everything was going well with my new vehicle. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I truly appreciated their honesty, patience, and excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. The dealership is way too busy. They don’t seem to be very organized. Last year they forgot my service I waited 4 hours for an oil change. I called to book my appointment this year and told them I needed a loaner for the time that they would have my car. They agreed when I got there they said they didn’t have a car available. It took me getting angry in order to get a loaner. At the time of the service my provider was supposed to give me an estimate on replacing my weather stripping on my convertible top. He was not there when my car was done. He text me and said he would send me the estimate. I never received it. Again the dealership has to much on their plate. If I didn’t buy the oil change package I would not go back More
