Other then what seemed an excessive wait (about a three hours) for an oil change and tire rotation the experience First visit to this BMW dealership. Other then what seemed an excessive wait (about a three hours) for an oil change and tire rotation the experience was good. Service advisor Tiffany was very friendly kept me informed throughout. Other staff/mechanic were very friendly and facility was clean. As I did expect an extended wait (read some other customer reviews) ... might be a good recommendation to provide quiet /dedicated area with a desk or two.. isolated from general waiting area for those who would like to work while waiting. Poor Customer Service I went in for a scheduled maintenance appt on my 530i and told them that I needed to be out by 3:30 It was 1:20 and he said it would be no problem sin I went in for a scheduled maintenance appt on my 530i and told them that I needed to be out by 3:30 It was 1:20 and he said it would be no problem since its going to be 2 hours worst case -- I sat in the waiting room --saw other advisors coming in and sitting with clients and keeping them posted on their progress. My guy was MIA --- at 3:30 more than two hours later -- I went to look for him --he wasn't at his desk --someone asked if they could help and tried to call him on his cell --no answer -- I told them I needed to leave at 3:30 it was now 335 --and I was now late for an appt.. they found my keys on his desk --the car was done --could have been done for quite awhile for all I know -- but he hadn't printed the paperwork. So now I have to wait till someone else does that 20 min go by and they finally get someone to print out the paperwork -but then I had to ask what they did to the car and they really didn't know except to read off the paper -- then the advisor finally shows up as I am leaving and doesn't even apologize or seem to care I was going to be late -- he just said he was with a customer -- so I guess I am a nobody? I have leased cars there for almost the last 10 years and their service has gone downhill -- my wife had a similar experience there recently waiting and waiting till they found someone to print her paperwork and her loaner was like a Chevy --really? for a new 5 series owner? --my son goes to the Audi Dealer across the street and they treat him like gold -- he has a used car to boot -he gets a loaner and its always a nice new Audi A6 or A7 I'm seriously considering this will be my last BMW -- they are that bad -- More

Always feel like Fernando, my consultant is too busy to deal with me. I also get annoyed when after I pay my bill I have to chase people down to locate my keys and car. This is after Discussing the pick up time with my consultant. Is it too much to ask that my keys and car are ready when promised?. BMW you can do better. More
