Interior Repairs. I was in and out in an hour on an estimated 1 1/2 -2 hour repair. I couldn't be more pleased with the way the interior looks showroom new. Helped Me Out in a Jam I actually was on my way back to my primary house in Pennsylvania when I got a flat tire. From John at reception to Judy who was my Service Advisor, they were all so nice and pleasant to deal with. I sincerely appreciate their help getting me all fixed up and home on time. More

questionable at best I brought the car in for a "recall" repair. They needed the correct codes in the computer. So I told them what conditions produce the error. Two me I brought the car in for a "recall" repair. They needed the correct codes in the computer. So I told them what conditions produce the error. Two mechanics could not repeat it. I uber'd over and did it in 1/4 mile. They told me that I was dripping coolant and oil. There are NO marks on my garage floor so it couldn't be too bad. But... they wanted a paid repair. They told me that my battery didn't pass the test. I've never had a problem with it. When I picked up the car, there was less than 1/2 gallon of gas in it and the battery was "miraculously" low on charge... they left the lights on. The department manager who worked with me was great. She did all that she could to get my repair done and was efficient and courteous. The mechanics... well I wouldn't trust them to change my oil. More
Service was very good. I have a major complaint about how my Z3 was treated. There are scuff marks on the rear number and right front fender. problems I have always had good experiences with BMW of SRQ, but this one left a bad taste. The work was done properly, that was not an issue. Everyone is polite and helpful, so that is not an issue. The issues are: my usual service rep is Derek, and he's excellent, but was on vacation. Took 50 minutes to see a service rep, another 45 minutes to secure a loaner; 90 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to spend sitting around for service. The service rep I met with did not call to tell me the car was ready; told me she would call the next morning to tell me when I could pick up the car. However, the next day was her off day, and she not only didn't tell me, she didn't arrange for someone else to contact me. Took multiple calls to find someon who could check on the status of the car. I was told they needed another day to complete the work because a headlight washer cover was missing. The next day the car was ready for PU but the cover had not been installed- it has to be painted. So why did it have to stay an additional day? Finally, there was some sulfantion around the negative battery terminal- the rep wanted to replace the battery for $388 (+ installation, I think)- relatively new battery, I declined. I asked for the sulfinated material to be removed, and she quoted me $160! Ridiculous. I did it myself in 10 minutes. More
