You are welcome. It is always important to me to recognize great customer service let alone Superior! Speaking of superior, I failed to mention in my earlier review that my normal advisor Fernando was also amazing in this situation & as always. He sent me a text message because he saw I called and he was out of country at the time! Even though he was on vacation, Fernando was still ready to assist me. He gave me a direct contact name and number to call so that I could be taken care of properly. Now that what I call Superior Customer Service!
