We were told when we bought the BMW that for any service appointment we could just call and Maria makes the service appointments very easy and quick. We were told when we bought the BMW that for any service appointment we could just call and BMW would pick up the car, leave a loaner, and then return our vehicle when finished. This turned out not to be true requiring me to bring the car down. I don't blame Maria for this, and she routinely gets me into a loaner when she can. The pricing for work done is also a pain for a certified used vehicle. More

She single handedly won our service for BMW and we will gladly be bringing our Mini back. Full disclosure service Great From the time I dropped off the car, my service advisor was professional. From what turned out to be a routine service, an oil leak was found and the From the time I dropped off the car, my service advisor was professional. From what turned out to be a routine service, an oil leak was found and they informed me they would put me in a rental at their cost. The part was not available so they overnighted for a Saturday morning competition of the repair. Was continually updated on the status of the repair and when I could expect it to be ready for pickup. It was ready earlier than they anticipated. Even when waiting for initial service the dealership had administrative personnel walking around every 15 minutes or so asking each person if they needed any updates please let her know and she would get back to them More
