Spent extra time cleaning the car to get rid of bug marks on the front. One of the best waiting areas around with comfortable seats and lots to eat and drink. Would have been helpful if they had warned me that what they were calling a radio software update actually updated all systems and left me to research how to program features back the way I wanted them. More

Nail in X3 tire replacement Late Friday evening I discovered a nail in my tire on my X3. We scheduled an appointment for early Saturday morning and dropped the vehicle off at the Late Friday evening I discovered a nail in my tire on my X3. We scheduled an appointment for early Saturday morning and dropped the vehicle off at the dealer. My service advisor Derek again took care of my car and I had it back with a new tire and washed ready for the weekend within two hours!!! On a holiday weekend when I needed my car, this was great service and so appreciated! Great job Derek!! More
Oil change It was a simple oil change that took over 3 hours to complete. Had an appointment at 11am and was out at 3:15. I could understand no appointment and it would take this long, but I had one. Next time I will take it to a different bwm service center. More

Service repair was excellent! Derek Thomas provided exceptional customer service. He set up a convenient time for me to bring my car in and had a loaner car available within 15 mi Derek Thomas provided exceptional customer service. He set up a convenient time for me to bring my car in and had a loaner car available within 15 minutes. In addition to the repairs that I brought the car into the shop for, he found a serious issue where my front timing case cover gaskets were leaking. All repairs were done in a very timely manner. Derek is the greatest!!! More
Considerate and timely service I set up my initial one-year service for my new BMW. The scheduling department was very responsive and worked to accommodate my schedule. As it turned out, the adviser I had spoken with was unable to be there, so my appointment was internally transferred to another agent -- avoiding delay and confusion. Service was explained, I was shuttled home (which is nearby) and called when the service was completed -- well within the predicted time. The car did require a software update which eliminated many of my presents; when I raised this concern, the service department offered to set me up with the BMW genius to help with setting these up again. More
Coolant light comes on after getting it serviced!!! Chose to go the BMW to get an oil change and flush coolant system. After spending 2 hours at the service center, drove home to find the coolant light was coming on at certain times. After spending another 2 hours the following day driving to BMW and deal with this issue, I was told that it just needed a top off!!! ... yes but it cost me another 2 hours Technician should have ensured the car ran for a few minutes and top off the first time I was there. This is BMW after all A simple oil and coolant change costed me $330 and about 5 hours. More
