Personalized Service I called my service advisor, Carlos Munoz, to make an appointment to replace front brake pads. Carlos scheduled me promptly. When checking car, it was I called my service advisor, Carlos Munoz, to make an appointment to replace front brake pads. Carlos scheduled me promptly. When checking car, it was found that the brake pad sensor was rubbing against the rim. The sensor was repaired and brake pads did not need to be replaced at this time. I appreciate the honest service at BMW and having Carlos as my service advisor. He is always courteous, friendly and very professional. More

Tire sale Brought my 328 in for 4 new tires. Made the appointment before the expiration of the tire sale to take advantage of this. Did not notice that in VERY Brought my 328 in for 4 new tires. Contacted my service rep 2 days ago who promised to see her boss to get sale price. So far, no response. I bought two BMW's from this dealer and bring them there for service. Excellent experience! Made contact with Service Manager on last Sat by e-mail. A quick response from him let me know he was not in the office.
