Where did my $29.95 oil change go? First of all, it's a beautiful dealership with a great customer service lounge. I was greeted promptly by my service advisor Seth who made me feel rig First of all, it's a beautiful dealership with a great customer service lounge. I was greeted promptly by my service advisor Seth who made me feel right at home. I had brought my 2013 135i in for a $29.95 oil change courtesy of a BMW of Sarasota service department mailer. As we began discussion on the purpose of my visit, Seth checked the VIN# and promptly informed me that the vehicle needed a brake fluid flush and refill, along with a cabin filter. I did know that BMW recommends a brake fluid replacement every 2 years, so I agreed to the service and my $29.95 oil change quickly became a $365 visit. The service was performed quickly and professionally, I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Moral of the story, owning a BMW is never cheap. PS, they did honor the $29.95 oil change. More

Exceptional I visited the service center two days ago and was told by a different service consultant that my car is under Canadian free maintenance program and is I visited the service center two days ago and was told by a different service consultant that my car is under Canadian free maintenance program and is not eligible in the US. I told him that the dealership had done this in prior years, but he refused to accept. I came back two days later for fog lamp replacement, and I mentioned to Maria about the experience and problem that I had. She voluntarily checked with the warranty manager and told me that they can still service it for free under the program. All done without a hassle. Outstanding! More

I had the appointment at 11 AM for my 2019 BMW 750 o change the oil + an issue with my alarm. I got there late, at 1130 AM. Still Fernando took care of may car. The repair process took 24 hrs, I had to leave the car overnight, so they can perform tests and reset a faulty sensor, BMW Sarasota gave me a substitute car- a 2019 BMW X3. Next day, I was texted by Fernando, my car was repaired and ready ! :) I will go back there to service my car. More
