Carlos is AWESOME! If you have a problem with your BMW, be sure to ask for Carlos! He was knowledgeable, courteous, on time and on budget. Service adviser was perfect, car was not treated wiell... I took my car in for some service everything was perfect and fine until a few days afterwards I noticed deep scruffs/scratches and small rips on my dr I took my car in for some service everything was perfect and fine until a few days afterwards I noticed deep scruffs/scratches and small rips on my driver's leather seat, deep scratches on my kick panel (The lower part of the door) and deep scratches on my steering wheel. I don't know how they let the mechanics not take care when treating other people's cars. This isn't the first time I've had a car come back from service with excessive wear. Again I want to state my service adviser was perfect but I'm not satisfied how my car was returned to me. I know the exterior was messy but that was it. More

I was assigned Judy Owens, who is relatively new with the dealership, as my service advisor. She is friendly, detailed and efficient!! Knowing the issue might require time to diagnose, Judy promptly got me into a loaner car and had me on my way. By late afternoon, the issue had been identified and corrected. Judy is another fine addition to an excellent dealership. I also am pleased that, at the advice of Finance Manager Jesus Castillo in 2017, I had purchased the Platinum Warranty, under which this repair was covered. More
