Good techs, not so good snacks Techs are very good, and wait time is probably average- two or three hours minimum depending on the reason for your visit. Johnny greeted me as I drov My entire service expierence started with the ease of making an appointment for a problem that needed immediate attention. Johnny greeted me as I drove into the center, Valentina, my service rep, took care of everything, including a rental car at no cost. She followed up over the next day or so to keep me informed of the progress. Picking up the car was easy and quick. Since a software updat was performed on the vehicle I needed additional assistance once I got home. Dwayne from the genius division took care of the issue efficiently. Each individual was knowledgeable, courteous, and got the job done. One of the best BMW service departments I’ve been to. More

Defective belt: lost power steering Fernando was wonderful as always. I had a belt replaced that turned out to be defective and I lost my power steering. AAA had to take my car to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. Fernando was able to secure a rental quite quickly. I did not get my car back until Wednesday. It took them 15 minutes to locate by car. I was disappointed that they did not wash it as they always have in the past for any service repairs. This was covered so no change to me. However I work full time and it was a definite inconvenience and couldn't understand why my car wasn't clean! More
