i started using BMY of Sarasota for the maintneance of my X5 when i relocated ot Sarasota. The commuiciaton and timeliness of the work has been impresive and the team has always worked with me with sensitivity for costs and timing. I am a stickler for detail and their work has surpassed my expectations. The information provided allows me to make decisions and participate in understnading the needs. I am always sensitive to up selling and being forced into things i do not need during servie repairs. . I am very comfortable that my interests precede their cash flow and most of the issue have been covered by warranty. I had to have a windshield replaced partially covered by insurance and the team worked closely with me to minimize my out of pocket expense to replace with OEM product and not a generic glass. I would not go elesewhere for anything related to my hybrid SUV that is the most fun to drive. A definite 5 star interaction over the years, More
