I dropped my car off and handed my fob to the attendant. After about two hours I hadn't heard any thing so I called to check the status and got a call back not long after to say it was ready. Overall good/average experience. Waited about 3 hours for an oil change and tech did not catch brake pad issue on the passenger side.
