Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. They go out of their way to accomodate their customers’ requests. My favorite part of my last service appt was the courtesy video of Friendly staff. I’ve never seen another dealership do that. Definitely a nice touch. Plus my salesman ‘Hassan’ was great about follow-up communication with me. Overall A+ service at BMW Of Sarasota. 👍 More
