I am a first-time customer. Overall everything was excellent. I had an issue with Kim Caleo not understanding that I didn’t want new tires yesterday. I told the dealer I was waiting and they said to make an early appointment. I was there at 730 and it took them 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change. I got a text to check on the status with Derrick. While I was out doing errands, I noticed a nail was in my back tire. I immediately went to the BMW dealership and although they had many people who had appointments, they took care of my problem within a rea back tire.
