The service rep was very courteous and explained all that was to be accomplished. She acknowledged that I had a time restraint because of a Doctor's appointment and said she would do her best to have the ser was to be accomplished. Service representative asked me to take the car "down the street" e) after I inquired as s to why my car was parked for over an hour in the waiting area.
