The service rep was very courteous and explained all that was to be accomplished. She acknowledged that I had a time restraint because of a Doctor's appointment and said she would do her best to have the ser was to be accomplished. My car was ready in under 2 hours giving me plenty of time to make my appointment. GREAT JOB BMW!!! More
