very poor customer service in the service department I sat in the waiting room for 1/2 hour before the service rep came out to discuss my car. I bought a service agreement with them and they acted as if t sat in the waiting room for 1/2 hour before the service rep came out to discuss my car. The bad experience (with BMW Sarasota) started as soon as I bought the car(2016 740i). When I took the car for a test drive I noticed that the car was pulling to the left. A Sales Manager named Talal promis I bought the car(2016 740i). When I took the car for a test drive I noticed that the car was pulling to the left. A Sales Manager named Talal promised me that everything was fine. He said when they buy a car they check everything. The procedure for registering a car lasted more than 5 hours. After purchasing the car, I was sure that the car still pulled to the left. After buying the car a few days later, I wrote to the sales manager that I was sure the car would still pull to the left. He said that after the purchase they won’t be able to do anything, I have to fix it myself. I told him that you assured me that everything was fine with the car. They still refused. A few days later He wrote to me that they would fix it if I gave them a good review. In mid-January, the car had already driven five miles, I thought it was necessary to change the oil and I heard some knocking noises in the front of the car. And I went to the service center. And I gave them the car, they said that we would call you. They didn’t call that day. Then they called and said that it was too early to change the oil, Regarding the sounds, they said that some spare parts need to be changed and this is a quarantine case. This will last a very long time Every day or two I called them they said please be patient and wait. End after the ninth day They called and said that this is not a warranty case, you need to pay for everything and it all costs $2700. I asked to clarify this you needed nine days?! I went to the service center to find out the situation, But the service manager answered me that he couldn’t do anything and regretted it. I contacted the Reception and said what I wanted Talk to the dealer manager She sent me to the service director He listened to me but didn’t answer anything then I left here I again went to the reception Again said that I want to talk to dealer manager and then she sent me someone else and this continued Four times The last manager promised me that He would talk to the main dealer manager and call me still no answer. Even when I wanted to cancel the warranty, there was no one to do it. I then had to do it over the phone. I have a lot of respect for the BMW brand. Before this I had several models. Well, I regret that I turned to this particular dealer. I don’t recommend anyone to go there. More

Incredibly frustrated. My cross traffic warning sensors are not working properly. Nothing even close to what BMW c demonstrates on their video. No help from BMW Sarasota wh My cross traffic warning sensors are not working properly. Nothing even close to what BMW c demonstrates on their video. No help from BMW Sarasota who claimed it is working properly but refuses to test the system with my car. They claim they cannot cause an “accident” so therefore cannot test my car. I will be selling my BMW X5 2022 car and will not purchase another BMW. You have lost a customer for life as well as all the people I will tell. More
