The service experience at this dealership does not live up to BMW standards. Long waits, poor coordination between departments and inconsistent customer friendliness. I appreciated the new check-in system that allowed me not to have to wait for a valet to check me in. My appointment with so timely that the person who is picking me up, and my departure correlated perfectly to have to wait for a valet to check me in. Oil change was schedule for two hours. I took over 3 hours for job to be complete. Realized after leaving the technician failed to reset the computer. Took several calls and days before I received a c hours for job to be complete. Realized after leaving the technician failed to reset the computer.
