Service appointment was for oil change, brake fluid, and check pressure in tires. Promised in 1hr and 45 minutes. It was not ready but Derrick did come to tell me it would be another 10-15 minutes. So it ac check pressure in tires. Promised in 1hr and 45 minutes. It was not ready but Derrick did come to tell me it would be another 10-15 minutes. So it actually took two plus hours. Driving home and still today, I still have a brake fluid light on and now tire pressure alert. I’m returning on Monday to wait another 45 minutes 🙄 for the mechanic to complete the job that should have been completed on Friday. (although Derek promised to fill my tank as I live 25 miles away, a 35 minute drive. I must add that Derek did also offer to send someone here to pick up my car, get the job done, and return the car to me. I need my car on Monday so I was not interested in that offer. I certainly hope this gets done quickly on Monday. More
