Slow and inaccurate info from service rep as well as not replying when I texted asking when car would be ready after 90 minutes. Had to go find him. Car was washed and ready with no notice. Advised battery was charged and not asked for, as well as being only one year old since you just replaced it. Then he said car was not washed as I asked for which is not a fact and it was washed. Not a good experience for a simple oil change!! More

Service was good. The car handle is goo and torn causing trade in value to be impacted. The car has 50,000 on it and the handle makes it look like it is shot!
