BMW of Sarasota - Service Center

This center rates no stars. They would tell me my car would be ready by a specific date. It was not! Charged for loaner car. Told by my service rep I would not be charged for it because they kept my car would be ready by a specific date. It was not! Charged for loaner car. Good service. However, it would be nice to inform regularly the customer while he is waiting for his vehicle to be serviced. I found it long to wait 4 hours without any feedback for a car inspection regularly the customer while he is waiting for his vehicle to be serviced. Receiving a text message when the repairs were completed is appreciated. More
