I am very disappointed with the service I received. They called me to say my car was ready, but when I got there, car was still not starting. Then I was told that since my service advisor, Lucy was off on Monday, I would not hear anything until Tuesday? Is she the only person who can work with me. The service Forman apologized, and she he would be involved in getting my car fixed? Shouldn't he have been involved from the start?? It has been over 6 years since I brought my car here, and this will probably be the last time. Don't know who is running this place, but they are not doing a good job. More
