The product person I spoke to was very short with me especially attempting to reply to my specific questions. I chose not to buy shortly after that process and decided to go back to Chicago where I was able to buy a new 5 series 550M in no time and I am very p,eased with that process. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone More

I have bought all of my vehicles from this dealer in the past 10 years, well over 375,000$ in cars, needless to say I will not be returning; the manager there is extremely unknowledgable and it’s sad that his own salesman do not back him up. Poor sales process and usually takes all day to purchase a car. I inquired online about a 8 series as I lost Lauren’s number, I was able to track her down and I was told she was released. I was solely returning only because she knew the vehicles better than anyone who worked there. Very poor judgement on managements behalf!!! More
