Very disappointed in BMW! I purchased a new BMW X1 in September 2017, which my salesman Toby Chen was excellent. Since then I’ve had the car in service several times for several days for minor issues. The a/c wasn’t working, front end cameras not working, strange noises coming from the front end which was never detected when I got to the shop, because in order to fix it, it would have to be happening when I brought it in. Well still disgruntled with the vehicle in August 2018, I decided to look for another vehicle while I was vacationing in Texas with nothing else to do. I found a SUV that I decided to buy and just vaguely said toward the ending process that I have a trade in. They said it would not be a problem, if I had a vin# they would look it up and quote me a trade in price, I provided the vin# from my insurance card. While returning to the desk, he said “you did not tell me you were in a major accident with the vehicle”! I was livid and immediately begin to defend the acquisition. I demanded to see the document in which he obtained the information.. Being out of town, I was floored and could not wait to get home to my paperwork, questioning myself the entire time, did my paperwork say New or did I buy a used car. What happened? Whichever way it went, I should have been informed that it was in a front end accident!! Well upon returning to Indiana I went to BMW of Schererville and asked for a record of the service report of services performed on the vehicle since they received it, surely to my amazement there was nothing stated about the car being in a major front end accident. Upon seeking the rationale of this, I decided to return to BMW and speak to a manager which I was referred to Chris Ofcky. Right away Chris offered me 30k to buy the car back from me.. Offered me a new 2017 X3, then even a 2019 X3!! Hmm... then I asked why wasn’t I told that the car was in a accident, he said he would check with the service department and let me know.. I didn’t want the 30k I wanted answers. The loss because of the accident in a trade in was 3200$. Chris said he would pay me the difference for the loss in value due to the accident. I asked days later before receiving the check did you pull the paperwork to see if the car was in an accident, he said no, he was waiting for me.. ##BS, BMW by no means have a car on their lot and NOT know it was in a accident!!! When it was in a accident, THEY outsourced the job to an outside body and fender shop who repaired it and did a poor job of repairing it, answers to why the noises and other little quirks were going on with it and why it didn’t show up on their report. Furthermore upon trying to obtain the check from them I was what seemed to be put on screening when trying to reach Chris, what’s your name, and what do you want??? Let me state for the record, I will not become a spectacle when I have spent my money!! I have owned the best of luxury vehicle, Jaguar, Xfinity and Range Rover and decided on a BMW to retire with. NEVER have I felt so outdone and connived upon doing business with what I thought was a respectable dealership. I know now a new car only means that it has never been titled to anyone else.. My suggestion to the world, if buying a car, NEW or used, pull a Carfax report for your own good!! More

AMAZING Buying Experience 👌 I have been looking for a 535 BMI to replace my current vehicle. A friend sent me various BMI websites. I found one at a dealer in Orland Park. My husband went to the dealer To find it had already sold. He did receive a business card from a salesperson, which I contacted. I explained, I was a serious buyer & wanted a BMI with the same features. I never received a call & decided to check the websites again. Lucky for me I found your website & used the Chat feature on Sunday, 16th. That Monday I receive a call from Jamie Brinkley. We discussed what I was looking for. Jamie asked me if I had ever driven a BMI, which I had not. Immediately she schedule for me to test drive 528 & 535 on Thursday. My husband & I arrived. Jamie made us feel comfortable immediately. She is friendly, courteous, professional & knowledgeable!!! She provided World Class service. I was totally impressed with this Gal. I test drove both vehicles & decided on the 535 model. My heart was set on the color Silver. Jamie says to me, I have the Beautiful 535 in Mineral White. I was reluctant at first. The I saw the car & test drove it, that was it I wanted this BMI & bought it. Jamie went Above & Beyond my expectation of customer service. She did everything. What a WOW factor. I will come back to your dealership & refer customers to her 😊 More
