I took my BMW 550i to Center BMW for routine service. The experience from making the initial appointment, to dropping off my car, to picking up the car when it was done, was first class. The work was done correctly and quickly. The dealership concierge service provided me a quick ride to my office, and was available to pick me up and return me to the dealership when my car was ready. Every detail of the work done was explained in full and my SA Dennis knows every detail about my car. I dont even live near Center BMW anymore but one bad experience from another dealership(beverly hills) was all I need to experience to know it is worth driving the extra 30 minutes to see the people my family has trusted for so long. Highly recommended shop would not risk taking my 335 anywhere else. More
