I have been bringing my car here for 3 years now and I get the same excellent service every time. My service advisor Dennis has always been very pleasant and kind, he always go the extra mile to make eve get the same excellent service every time. Waiting for your car is not a burden either, thanks to their waiting lounge that has free wifi and plenty of snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend this dealer and of course my favorite SA Dennis. Gotta love Center BMW! More

I was extremely spoiled with my old dealership in ABQ (Sandia BMW) and Tony, my guy there. I was a little concerned since there didn't seem to be a Center of Excellence in my area of LA. I went into the dealership to talk to them before committing. I do the same with my dentist and doctor, so why not my car's doctors? I am glad I chose the guys. They have been great. Both our M3 and M Coupe needed service and they have been fantastic. They keep me in the loop at all times. When we get ready to upgrade the M3 in a couple months to a 2013 M3, I am sure they will be just as responsive in sales. It is nice not to need to worry about my "babies" when they need to be serviced! More

I experienced starting problem with my car. I called Shahe and he said he could have my car ready the same day. When I made there, he arranged for me to have a loaner and took care of the problem.
