BMW of Shrewsbury, MA is very professional and upscale. I just came in for a free oil change. There's free coffee and fast wifi while waiting. When you buy a car there, you get oil change and service for 3 I just came in for a free oil change. There's free coffee and fast wifi while waiting. When you buy a car there, you get oil change and service for 36,000 mi or 3 years. There was no attempt to sell me any additional filters or products, just honest service letting me know that everything looked great with my car. I'm told they can service most any make vehicles, and I recommend them if professional service is more important than the maybe cheaper neighborhood garage. More

MY 2024 BMW X1 (purchased in July 0f 2024) has been in for the same issue - going on 3 times - for vibrations in the front of the vehicle and steering wheel. The first visit in February 2024 - said tires for the same issue - going on 3 times - for vibrations in the front of the vehicle and steering wheel. The first visit in February 2024 - said tires needed rebalancing - 4039 miles? So they rebalanced the tires. No in May, at 5157 miles - vibration still happening - so went in for 2nd visit - this time - said front tire had a belt that had slipped - so ended up replacing the tire - now - 2 days after getting the new tire. the vibration is back - and it actually seems more pronounced. So the vehicle makes now its 3rd visit to the dealership to figure out why a premium luxury SUV drives like a Jeep? This is not what I expected out of a BMW - regretting our purchase at this point. More
