From the get go he was fantastic, scheduling a convenient time for the appointment and ensuring I would have a BMW loaner car while my car was in the shop. When I dropped the vehicle off I mentioned a few additional items of concern, Jai and the tech checked on them and Jai called me later that day to confirm the cause and the suggested fix.
