When I needed a new car, my husband casually suggested we check out BMW of Silver Spring as he has had positive experiences th their General Manager! When I needed a new car, my husband casually suggested we check out BMW of Silver Spring as he has had positive experiences there in the past for service. We were lucky enough to hook-up with Mike Fastman. Mr. Fastman was the General manager at VOB BMW of Rockville. But, when we called VOB asking for him they told us he had retired and left the car business. I was so surprised when I saw him at BMW of Silver Spring. Mr. Fastman made a time consuming/pressure-filled experience a true delight and fun experience for me. Needless to say, I drove home in a new BMW shortly after we decided this was the car for me. BTW, this was my first BMW, always drove Mercedes Benz. My husband is the BMW enthusiast. Michael Fastman and the entire team at BMW of Silver Spring did a wonderful job and I don't see myself elsewhere for cars anytime soon. My husband has owned 6 BMWs purchased from Michael when he was at VOB and I see no reason to shop or service anywhere else other than BMW of Silver Spring in the future. He pulled the car aside before I got to the dealership and had it ready for me to look at and take a test drive. Having owned Mercedes and Audi products, this was my first time in a BMW and Steven was very knowledgeable and patient while showing me the car. He made sure I had all my questions answered and kept a smile on his face. His personality helped with my decision to do business with this dealership. His sales manager Rick Lopez came by and assisted us with closing the deal, I was very pleased with him as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the assistance provided and left the dealership in my first BMW and felt great about the experience.
