I placed an order for a 335 last month. The car arrived in approximately 6 weeks and there were no surprises. The options were correct, the price was exactly as agreed upon 6 weeks ago, and the car was del in approximately 6 weeks and there were no surprises. Kevin was great to deal with and the financial paperwork transaction went smoothly. No high-pressure tactics at all. I have dealt with awful places before (hint, rhymes with Z.O.B. in Rockville!) and this was about as pleasant an experience as I could have hoped for. In addition, they had my new license plates available on the spot so I did not have to drive around with temporary tags. I recommend this dealership and also Kevin as a salesperson. More

And to know that I will have an on going relationship with Tischer now, gets me all excited again... I'm tearing up as I write. Yes, I know! I was searching online for a 330i/'02-'04 and I saw one at Tischer BMW with no picture. I set up an appointment just to see the car and have some answers. After my previous experiences with other dealers I didn't expect too much. After I met Jerry and saw and test the car I realized I found the right BMW for me. Jerry very professional and he answer all my questions, technical or financial. Also they (Jerry and Mike) appraised my old car and they come up with a good offer (above other dealers). And the finance (Joanna) was also very pleasant and professional. Because I request some extra work on my car, which they agreed to do it without extra cost, they give me a loaner car for a few days until the work is done. I owned different other BMWs and I dealt with different persons, but this experience was very pleasant. After long time I felt good about being customer and received quality service for my money. This dealers' process and procedures were painless. We were treated with respect and dignity. Jerry wanted to make sure that we both left happy and that all our requirments were met. My Car is a BMW 328i and my Husband's is a BMW 6 convertable. I think the 6 should be mine but he won't part with it. Jerry knew the inventory and he was able to match us to the cars that best suited us both. He could describe the features, and differences came across as a very knowledgable saleperson. If wasn't just about selling the cars, it was selling the right car to the right person. He wanted to make sure we had all the info so that we could make the right decisions on what cars would best suit us.
