I stopped in Tischer BMW to test drive a BMW, with no intention of purchasing a car that day. In fact, I hadn't done my research yet. We recently purchased a 2009 BMW 335 xDrive from Norman Weinstock at Tischer BMW, Silver Spring, MD. Norman was very thorough, friendly, and careful to make sure that we had everything done at the appropriate time. He went out of his way to make sure that we understood what was going on and that we were informed of progress. Tischer staff also alerted us to the possibility of taking US delivery at the BMW Performance Center near Greenville, SC. Norman worked with us to arrange for this additional delivery process (which, incidentally, was a wonderful experience -- kudos to BMW). Norman again made sure that all our paperwork (for temporary license plate, etc.) was done on time, and kept us informed of progress. This is the second time we have purchased a BMW from Norman (the first time was also via European delivery) and each time we have found him to be very friendly, helpful, happy to do the research necessary to help us to get the car we wanted in the way we wanted, and, finally, very careful to ensure that no paperwork is overlooked and that all is processed on time. I had been shopping around for a BMW for a very long time. I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned with very specific options and colors. I live in Denver, Colorado. Although, Tisher BMW offers to arrange shipping the vehicle to you, the distance didn’t bother me after seeing the how well the condition of Tischer BMW’s Certified Pre-Owned vehicles were. Their pricing is reasonable for the quality of their models as well. When it came to the negotiation and purchasing process I dealt with Kailash Joshi. I highly recommend working through Kailash. He is hands down the best sales associate that I have every worked with. We were able to communicate by phone, email, and fax prior to my trip to the dealership. I flew into Baltimore-Washington International where Kailash was kind enough to pick me up. He was more than welcoming to say the least. Throughout my time at the dealership I was treated like a king. There Kailash introduced me to several individuals including the Business Manager – Brian Carter, Used Cars Manager – Rick Lopez, and General Manager – Larry Servin. This is the type of dealership that appreciates your business and will do what it takes to ensure that the customer is satisfied. The follow up service that I continue to receive from Tischer BMW is greatly appreciated. Everything from Kailash ensuring that my trip back to Denver was safe and that I am completely satisfied with the purchase, to working with Brian Carter and Tag and Title Administrator – Margaret Borja-Pangelinan so that they can take care of titling and registering the vehicle in Denver, Colorado has been very reassuring and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more from the vehicle itself. It is in much better condition than I’ve seen at several other dealerships’ Certified Pre-Owned models. Tischer BMW, like other dealerships may do as well, purchase their pre-owned models from BMW closed auctions. A couple of things I noticed that set Tischer BMW apart from other dealerships are their vast inventory, the impeccable recondition of their pre-owned models, their fair pricing, and their people. He sent me to another person who was to do the appraisal of my trade-in, who apparently thought since I was not purchasing a (6) series BMW that I was not worth his time. First desk to the right of the the customer desk. My sale, though I called up and told Tischer the car I was going to buy and had an appointment took 4 1/2 hours, took less time to close a recent home purchase. I had the trade in, check for down payment and proper credit report. The only good part of this whole process was my fincial girl. The car is a great car but I would have to think seriously about giving them my money again. More
