I dealt with Mr. Skirpa who was not only very knowledgeable about the BMW products, he was very professional and courteous. He won my business by selling me a car at a fair price that he said someone else may beat by a couple of hundred dollars but they would win me over with their service after the sale. The service after my purchase has been the best by far that I have ever experienced. The lengths Tischer goes to when my car needs service is superior. I always get a BMW loaner, not a Honda Accord like other BMW dealers I have dealt with in the past. I always get a phone call from the service department updating me on the status of my vehicle. When my car is returned to me it is washed, clean and the repairs are complete. I have not had a negative experience with Tischer BMW and would recommend them to anyone. More
