I contacted this dealer after I felt that another BMW dealer in the area didn't care whether I bought another car from them or not. In addition to leasing a car from the other dealer three years ago, I r dealer in the area didn't care whether I bought another car from them or not. In addition to leasing a car from the other dealer three years ago, I referred my neighbor to the same salesman and he bought a car. I am not a high maintenance person, but I really felt that the salesman at this other dealer didn't care if I came back. So I didn't. I contacted Tischer BMW through their website and Mr. Joshi called me later that same evening. We set up an appointment for me to visit the dealership three days later - my schedule, not theirs. Mr. Joshi was very personable and professional and he knew his cars well. He took me on a test drive of a 328i convertible that had far more options than I wanted - navigation system, sport package, paddle shifters, satellite radio among them. He said that he would be happy to find me the exact car that I wanted but to give him a chance to see if he could make the price for this car work. Since it was in his inventory and all the other features, including color, were agreeable, he said it would benefit us both to make a good deal on this car. He then introduced me to Mr. Maloney, the sales manager, who apparently handles all the details related to financing. I was up front with both of them that leasing has worked well for me for the last ten years and I believe I am well-versed in how lease financing works. I sat with Mr. Maloney for quite some time until we reached an agreement on this car. While it was somewhat more expensive than what I had budgeted, they made the cost of the additional options as painless as possible. I felt that I was treated fairly and respectfully, but I did not feel pressured at all. When I returned three days later to take delivery, Mr. Maloney told me that he had gone back through the numbers again and had found a way to save me another $30/month on the lease payment. I was very impressed. We had a deal that I was pleased with and yet he found a better deal. And to top it all off, Joanna, the pleasant young lady from finance, even found me another way to save a few more dollars by exchanging the tags on the car I was turning in. It is clear that everyone I dealt with at this dealership is interested in customer satisfaction and I was happy that I was fortunate enough to contact them. Mr. Joshi and Mr. Maloney are clearly interested in repeat business and they will have it from me. More
I came into the dealership looking to buy a used BMW 750 (my favorite car). However, after speaking with Manny, not only did I realize just how nice an automobile the 535 Beamer is, I also started to under (my favorite car). However, after speaking with Manny, not only did I realize just how nice an automobile the 535 Beamer is, I also started to understand how much more of a VALUE buying that car was for my budget . . . and it was a newer model than what I thought I would be able to purchase of the 7-Series. In short, I purchased 2008 BMW 535 and I feel good about it - GREAT, actually! This was possible only due to what I feel was Manny's honesty and his manager Rick Lopez's knowledgeable take on their brand's inventory and, with Ms. McCarthy's help, he had a few ideas on how to make the most out of my unique financing options - they both had a lot of integrity but, more than anything else, they made me feel like a valued client and not some idiot with a bull’s-eye on my back . . . which is exactly how I felt at some other BMW location in Rockville a few weeks earlier :/ More
Rick was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was right with the vehicle. The process was a little long since the car still needed some work but after a 2.5 hr dive to the dealership, everything was right with the vehicle. While the service is great the helpfullness of the service advisors is poor. My service advisor was helping one person and two other customers were waiting. I noticed there were two advisors with no service advisors is poor. My service advisor was helping one person and two other customers were waiting. I noticed there were two advisors with no customers that could have helped customers but neither of the available service advisors offered to help us. This is bad customer service. No matter who the customers assigned advisor is if another advisor is available/free customers should always be helped. This practice needs to be fixed. I received better service at other dealerships. More

I took my CPO 325xi for the annual service and there was confusion on many levels. From both ends, and both parties somewhat responsible. I did have to talk a lot and be somewhat stubborn but Bryan was ab confusion on many levels. From both ends, and both parties somewhat responsible. I did have to talk a lot and be somewhat stubborn but Bryan was able to make the problem go away. Granted the blame is still looking for a home. But my car got serviced and hopefully I won't have to be back for a year. I bought a luxury car in order to receive luxury service, which I have gotten at the delearship where I purchased my vehicle. The bar was set high by my previous local dealership. I often told people that Tisher was the best around but often made you feel like a number and who really wants to be a number? But today after my 3rd visit I was a witness of the level of service that compares to the brand. I know they get a lot of volume at the Silver Spring dealership, and maybe my expectations are high. But, even though I got a little pushback today, I'm pleasently surprised that they listened to me and did something about it. More
