He also offered the most competitive pricing available of the four dealerships in the Washington DC metropolitan area that we investigated. I should add that some of the BMW salespersons in other dealerships we encountered were arrogant and at times simply tried too hard with their sales tactics. Mr. Joshi, on the other hand, was honest and helpful. He provided us with pricing information that was reasonable and compatible with information we collected from various websites. We didn't have to waste time haggling over price with him. The time was more productively spent on deciding what would be the best options that meet our need, and on learning about the functions and features of the car. During our interaction with Mr. Joshi, we felt that he was not just in the business to make a quick buck for himself, but was interested in having a long-term business relation with us. He continues to be helpful after the sale was completed. I would definitely go back to him for another new car and will recommend him to our friends. More

The same with their client advisor Sigis Skirpa, who oriented me to my new car and got it ready for delivery. I was also pleased with the first salesman (Sun) I encountered, and his sales manager, Michael. There were two things in particular that were so striking about this dealership: First of all, as you can see by the number of names mentioned above, anybody and everybody at Tisher BMW is at your disposal. When one person wasn't available, another was... and all of them were informed about my deal or able to immediately access information. I never had to wait. Second, they took the time to find the exact car I wanted from another dealership, and when I requested they retrieve it that day so that I could have it that evening... while difficult to make happen... they did. I was thrilled to be in my new M5 the day I selected it. I was also impressed with their follow up by email and the electronic access to information they provide through their web-site. Tisher is a top of class dealership that provides very competitive pricing. I highly recommend these guys... I promise you will be completely satisfied. P.S. This level of professionalism (and customer courtesy) is unusual in this marketplace (and a welcome relief from the 'gamesmanship' at other dealerships. Kailash has a pleasant no pressure approach when dealing with customers. There are two things I must say he will do for you and that is keeping you well hydrated and working hard to get you the best deal possible for both your purchase and trade! Overall the helpfulness and courteousness of the entire staff at the dealership was a nice reprieve from what can sometimes be a burden of a chore in buying a vehicle. More
