I visited Tischer BMW to find the perfect BMW M3 on several occasions. Why would I rate this dealership so highly?? Kevin was a delight to work with. Not pushy - which would have sent me running - but willing to answer all of my questions without rushing. My husband joined me for the next visit and Kevin took the time to cover his concerns thoroughly. When I returned 2 weeks later to finish transfer of personalized tags, he saw me and immediately gave his full attention while personally seeing that everything was completed - and then put the new plates on my car. My husband has been in sales (of a different type) for 34 years and as a result can be very critical of anyone in sales or the selling process itself. In this case he had nothing but positive things to say about Kevin, Rick (the manager with whom we spoke) and our experience with the entire dealership and staff. That's saying something. Pricing was more than fair - excellent in fact by KBB standards. Car was handed over to us in exceptional condition. Showroom was clean and comfortable. Coffee? Just right. Most surprising of all: I was never made to feel as though I was buying a "used" vehicle. It was "new to me" and that's the way everyone handled the transactions - as though we were purchasing a pricier brand new vehicle. To look at the car, you wouldn't be able to tell otherwise. I'm thoroughly enjoying my "new" BMW. Great to get back to manual transmission and actually "drive" a car for a change. This is my first experience purchasing/driving a BMW. It won't be my last. I would like to take the time out to thank Lonnie and Rick for helping me with My 2003 BMW 330i, My friend was going to buy a BMW from their dealer but she was undecided on either a BMW or a Benz. Rick and Lonnie said to us that take your time and make a choice either way we will still help you. So I needed a BMW emblem replaced on my hood of my car, Rick offered to replace the old one with a new one even if you don't buy a car from the BMW dealer. So my freind decided to buy the Benz from the dealer next door, Rick was so happy that she got the car that she wanted and he still replaced the emblem on my car for free. I just wanted to share this with everyone, you don't find dealers like this anywhere. MileOne Tisher BMW is a Real Classy Operation, I would take my car to them for servicing anyday. The day before yesterday my Service Engine Soon warning lamp came on while driving the car. As soon as I got home, I called Tiscjer BMW to schedule an appointment and I was delighted to get an appointment lamp came on while driving the car. As soon as I got home, I called Tiscjer BMW to schedule an appointment and I was delighted to get an appointment for the next day. I have "babied" my 02/330XI since I bought it new at Tischer BMW in '01. It was a retirement gift to myself and truly my "dream car". After my car had been taken back and a scan run to determine the problem, Jack Barber, the Service specialist I always deal with, met me in the waiting lounge, and told me that there was a problem with the thermostat amd that it would cost over $600. He also told me that while he was inspecting my car, he noticed that both outer CV boots were split and explained what that meant. He recommended that I have that fixed while I was there and I told him to go ahead and fix it too. He noticed that I have an extended warranty that I purchased years ago and asked me if it was still in effect. I told him that I wasn't sure so he checked it for me and found that the warranty was still in effect. Due to Jack's professionalism and willingness to go that extra mile for his customers, I was able to save over $1000.00. He is such an asset to Tischer BMW. During the years that I have dealt with him, I have always found him to be friendly, up-beat, kind, trustworthy, and very professional. More
